【摘要】 参考文献是学术论文的重要组成部分,参考文献的正确标引不仅体现了对前人劳动成果的尊重,而且对相关研究者查阅资料有极其重要的指导作用,它甚至是科学引文索引(SCI)和期刊引证报告(JCR)的重要依据。然而,分析了学术论文存在文献失真的问题,阐述了其产生的原因及造成的后果,提出利用宣传策略、利用编辑部制定政策、利用编辑人员严格把关、利用互联网机构、利用读者监督等解决方案,以使参考文献的失真情形得到控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reference is an important component in academic papers,its accuracy not only shows respect to the achievements of our productions,guides others to consult related data,but also forms an important basis to SCI and JCR.However,there is a problem of inaccuracy.The paper has made a thorough study,explained its causes and consequences and put forward ways to control the situation through propaganda strategy,policy making,quality guarantee,Internet organization and reader supervision.更多还原
