【Abstract】 Considering the problems of "agriculture,rural and peasant",the Party Central Committee issued four No.1 Circulars in 2004-2007.This paper introduced the four documents and interpreted the role of cultural construction in rural reconstruction,and then it pointed out that the agricultural university libraries are under an obligation to serve the construction of rural culture.Finally,this paper introduces the proposal of Beijing Agricultural University library in serving rural reconstruction.更多还原
