【摘要】 目的观察神经生长因子(Nerve growth factor,NGF)凝胶剂的抗炎抑菌作用。方法以2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)所致小鼠耳廓肿胀法研究抗炎作用;以稀释法研究NGF凝胶的体外抑菌作用。结果NGF凝胶有明显的抑制炎症模型小鼠耳廓肿胀的作用。对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC25923)、大肠埃希菌(ATCC25922)、铜绿假单胞菌(ATCC27853)、乙型溶血性链球菌(ATCC32210)有良好的抑菌作用。结论NGF凝胶具有良好的抗炎抑菌作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of NGF gel.Methods The auricular swelling test of mice was used to study the anti-inflammatory effect.Diluting method was used to carry out laboratory observation on its bacteriostasis effects.Results NGF gel could depress swelling of mice in auricular swelling test,the water soluble fraction from NGF gel had a good antibacterial activity on Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC25923),Bacterium coli(ATCC29922),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(ATCC27853) and beta-hemolytic streptococci(ATCC32210).Conclusion NGF gel had a good anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial activity.更多还原
