【摘要】 目的比较氯氮平、奎硫平对首发精神分裂症患者空腹血糖的影响。方法选择首发精神分裂症患者60例,随机分为2组:氯氮平组30例,奎硫平组30例。采用全自动生化仪测定两组患者4、8、12周末的空腹血糖。结果氯氮平组治疗后空腹血糖较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),奎硫平组治疗前、后空腹血糖无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论氯氮平可引起精神分裂症患者糖代谢异常,应用时应定期监测血糖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the influence of clozapine and quetiapine on fasting blood glucose of first-episode schizophrenia.Methods 60 first-episode schizophrenic patients were randomized into clozapine group and quetiapine group.Fasting blood glucose was assessed at the end of 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment.Results The fasting blood glucose level of clozapine group was higher after treatment(P<0.01),There was no significant difference in quetiapine group.Conclusion Clozapine can cause abnormal glucose metabolism,so the blood glucose of schizophrenia patients who have taken the drug should be monitored regularly.更多还原
