【摘要】 目的探讨甘露醇对脑出血患者电解质及肾功能的影响。方法选择脑出血患者67例,按合并症分为3组,即只合并高血压组(A组)、只合并糖尿病组(B组)、合并高血压和糖尿病组(C组)。在用甘露醇前、用药第7天、第14天采血,测定血清钾、钠、肌酐、尿素氮。结果与用药前比较,C组肾功指标明显升高,有显著差异(P<0.05),其余组别均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论合理应用甘露醇可明显减少其对电解质和肾功能的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of mannitol on electrolytes and renal function.Methods Sixty-seven acute cerebral hemorrhage patients were chose,and were divided into 3 groups according to the complications:patients of group A only combined with high blood pressure,group B only combined with diabetes mellitus,and group C combined with high blood pressure and diabetes mellitus.Blood was collected before and after using mannitol(0,7 th,14 th day) by turns,the potassium,sodium,creatinine and urea nitrogen of serum were determined.Results The renal function of group C rose obviously(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in another two groups.Conclusion Mannitol could be used rationally to decrease the influence on electrolytes and renal function obviously.更多还原
