【摘要】 用TDI对合成LVL用低成本水性高分子异氰酸酯胶粘剂中的主要成分——聚乙烯醇溶液进行交联处理,能有效地提高主剂的胶合性能,减少交联剂的用量,使LVL用低成本水性高分子异氰酸酯胶粘剂的生产成本得到降低。经检验,用LVL用低成本水性高分子异氰酸酯胶粘剂制造出的LVL完全满足JAS非结构单板层积材标准的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The primary component PVA in the low-cost aqueous polymer isocyanate adhesive of LVL was crosslinked with TDI.It enlarge the glueding property of primary agent and decrease the content of crosslinking agent,the production cost was decreased by the use of low-cost aqueous polymer isocyanate adhesive of LVL.The LVL made by low-cost aqueous polymer isocyanate of LVL was suitable for the standard requirement of JAS non-structure veneer layer stack timber.更多还原
