熔盐法制备Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7陶瓷

【摘要】 以Bi2O3,ZnO和Nb2O5为原料,KCl为熔盐,采用熔盐法和传统无压烧结工艺合成了单相Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7陶瓷。XRD和SEM分析表明,在950~1000℃合成了单相Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7粉体。研究了不同工艺条件对Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7陶瓷烧结特性、相组成、微观组织和介电性能的影响。随温度的升高,介电常数先增大后减小,介电损耗变化与之相反。在1050℃烧结2h后Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7陶瓷介电性能最佳:εr≈155(1MHz),tanδ≈3.1×10-3。

【Abstract】 The single phase Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7 ceramic was successfully prepared by molten salt synthesis (MSS) and traditional sintering process using Bi2O3,ZnO,Nb2O5 as raw materials and KCl as molten salt. The XRD patterns and SEM photographs show that single phase Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7 ceramic powder can be obtained with calcining temperature between 950 ℃ and 1 000℃.The influences of process parameter on sintering behavior, phase composition,microstructure and dielectric properties of Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7 ceramic are investigated.Dielectric constant of Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7 ceramic is enhanced with sintering temperature increasing and then decreased,while the change tendency of dielectric loss is opposite. The Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7 ceramic sintered at 1 050℃ for 2 h has optimum dielectric property of εr≈155 and tanδ≈3.1×10-3.
