冷库温度双位控制对冻藏品干耗及能耗的影响

【摘要】 以费克定律分析不同温度场对冻藏品干耗的影响,表明双位控制的温度波动曲线后沿越陡,干耗越严重。建立了冷库库温双位控制的热传递物理数学模型,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:小冷量供冷使双位控制的温度波动曲线后沿平缓,周期延长,频率降低,不但有效缓解了冻藏品的干耗,而且能耗明显降低。

【Abstract】 The effect of the different temperature field on weight loss of frozen foods is analyzed with the law of E.Fick.It shows that the steeper the on-off control temperature curve is,the more severe loss of moisture is.The heat transfer mathematical model under the cold storage temperature on-off control is built,and the experiment is given.The research results show that smaller cooling capacity makes the after-edge of the on-off control temperature curve gentler,the cycle period is longer and the frequency is lowered.The technique not only reduces the weight loss but significantly reduces energy consumption.
