【Abstract】 With the increase of urbanization,the land-losing farmers appeared as a new colony.Since the interests of these farmers have been harmed,immediate measures must be taken to protect them: to increase the reform of rural property right and perfect the system of distribution of income;set up a sound system of compensation of the levied land and distribution system of benefits;to set up a complete social security system in medicine,provision of the aged and unemployment;establish and perfect the educational and vocational training system;to adopt all measures to enlarge the employment;to provide the legal aid for the land-losing farmers.更多还原
