呼吸气道流量与压力参数检测系统的电路设计
CIRCUIT DESIGN FOR MEASURING AIRWAY FLOW AND PRESSURE PARAMETERS
【摘要】 目的:设计一种压差式呼吸力学参数测量系统的硬件电路,可以检测病人呼吸气道压力和气体流量,实现对病人呼吸气道和呼吸机实时工作情况的监测。方法:利用流量传感器将呼吸气流引入到压力传感器,检测到病人气道的流量和压力电信号,再通过差分放大器和滤波发送到单片机系统进行计算,最后将这两个参数发送到监护仪或呼吸机用于参数和波形的显示。结果:流量同标准流量计的相对误差是8.43%,气道压力同呼吸机测试仪的相对误差是2.5%,都在系统规格设定的范围以内。结论:该电路监测的参数准确,显示波形细腻平滑,满足临床呼吸力学参数监测的功能和应用需要。
【Abstract】 Objective:To design the respiratory dynamic parameters measuring system for monitoring and displaying of airway flow and pressure.Methods:The airflow was introduced by flow sensor to the pressure sensor,then the patent’s breath flow and airway pressure were measured.These two real-time signals were sent to MCU system for deducing the respiratory dynamic parameters by the inner processing.These parameters were transmitted to the monitor for the displaying of parameters and waveforms.Results:The relative error between the measured flow and standard flowmeter is 8.43%,and the relative error between the measured airway pressure and test meter of ventilator is 2.5%:these two errors were within the range set by the specification.Conclusion:The system was effective to detect the parameters and display the waveform exquisitely and smoothly,which met the function and application need of measuring the respiratory mechanics in clinic.
