节能型气体干燥装置用喷射器设计
Design on Ejector Applied in the Energy-saving Type Gas Desiccator
【摘要】 将喷射器技术应用在吸附式再生干燥装置中,回收用于吹冷的低压废气,从而实现节能减排的目的。依据气体动力学及热力学原理,对该喷射器做了较为详细的理论计算,并对其结构和几何尺寸进行了设计。在此基础上编制了变工况参数的计算软件,以适应于干燥装置的系列化生产。
【Abstract】 In order to save energy and reduce eduction,ejector technology is used in adsorptive regeneration dry setting to reclaim low pressure exhaust gas.Based on aerodynamics and thermodynamics,the theory calculation about ejector was carried out and structure and geometry figure were designde.And then changed industry status compute software was accomplish to adapt dry setting series produce.
