【摘要】 我国粮食行业迫切需要一种能自动测定粮食脂肪酸值的方法,消除人为因素影响,实现脂肪酸值测定的自动化。基于此设计了一种脂肪酸自动测定仪,该仪器采用单片机进行测控,滴定终点自动判定基于电位法,可以实现自动滴定、脂肪酸值自动计算。介绍了仪器的硬件整体结构及软件设计,给出仪器应用实例。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method applicable for auto-measuring fatty acid value in cereals is desiderated in our country,to eliminate the effect of human factors and realize the automation of measuring fatty acid value.Therefore,an auto-measuring instrument was designed for measuring fatty acid value.The instrument could achieve accurate automatic titration,judge titration end-point and process data by MCU,and automatic control was realized to determine fatty acid value.The entire structure of hardware and the design of software were introduced.An application example was given at last.更多还原
