高大平房仓粮面压盖隔热控温储粮试验

【摘要】 利用不同粮面压盖方式进行高大平房仓隔热控温储粮对比试验。结果表明,采用25cm厚稻壳层和7.5cm厚包膜聚苯乙烯泡沫板组合材料粮面压盖的试验仓较单一采用25cm厚稻壳层粮面压盖的对照仓相比,其粮面与隔热材料交界面温度平均偏低1.9℃、最高粮温平均偏低1.0℃、粮温平均偏低0.4℃、1a内储粮水分散失减少0.3%、且品质劣变速度相对缓慢。

【Abstract】 Comparison experience of Stored and Covered Grain of Heat Insulation and Controlling Temperature in the High and Flat-roof Barn shows the barn-surfaced temperature of under the experience of combined 7.5-centimeter polystyrene with 25-centimeter rice hull is 1.9 °C lower than the one under single 25-centimeter rice hull in the barn.Meanwhile the highest average temperature in the former condition is 1.0 °C lower than one of the later condition and average temperature is 0.4 °C.And the water loss is 0.3% less in the period of one year.The speed of becoming worse in the former barn is slower than one of the later barn.
