轴流风机在提高粮仓机械通风效率和均匀性中的作用
Usage of Axial Blowers on Enhancing the Efficiency and Uniformity of Mechanical Ventilation for Grain Storage
【摘要】 轴流风机作为粮仓机械通风的重要设备,主要用途为独立或辅助排放粮层表面和屋顶下的积热,其使用的合理性对提高整体通风降温效率和均匀性有较大的影响,对节能保粮也具有指导作用。本研究运用计算流体动力学数值模拟方法,对轴流风机辅助粮仓机械通风操作中的多种使用方案进行了对比研究,定量评估了相应的降温效果。此项研究的方法和结果可为轴流风机设计布局的优化和科学使用提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 As one of primary equipments for grain storage,axial blowers are used independently or auxiliarily to ventilate the accumulated heat out from the storage building.The efficiency of using axial blowers influence the overall cooling effect,and act as a power-consuming index during the storage operation.Computational fluid dynamics is employed to study a series of schemes designed for axial blowers usage,in which the ventilation effects are evaluated quantitively.The method and results of this research could be referred as a way of design optimization and reasonable usages for axial blowers in grain storage.
