矩形管束换热器的结构特点与设计比较

【摘要】 介绍采用矩形管束作为传热管并在管程与壳程采用旋流片作为支撑的矩形管束换热器的结构特点与传热强化的研究。基于研究结果,对不锈钢矩形管束换热器与碳钢旋流网板支撑急扩加速流缩放管管壳式换热器两种设计方案进行了比较。结果表明,矩形管束换热器同时具有管壳式换热器密封性好、操作能耗低和板式换热器金属材料消耗少的优点,长期投资效益显著,为硫酸转化系统气体换热器的抗低温腐蚀和高温氧化提供了一条经济有效的途径。

【Abstract】 The structural features of a new type of heat exchanger are described, in which rectangle tube bundle is used as heat transfer surface and short twist plate inserts both on tube side and shell side are used as tube supports. A comparison of design schemes between the rectangle tube heat exchanger with bundle made of stainless steel and heat exchanger with sharp expansion and accelerated flow converging-diverging tubes made of carbon steel is carried out based on the experimental study of heat transfer enhancement. The results showed that the rectangle tube heat exchanger has the advantages of the gas-tightness and low operation energy consumption, like a shell and tube heat exchanger, as well as less metal material requirement, like a plate heat exchanger, resulting in a better long-term investment benefits. This rectangle tube construction provides a cost-efficient way of resisting low temperature corrosion and high temperature oxidation for heat exchangers of conversion system in sulphuric acid plant.
