KR脱硫搅拌头用耐火浇注料的研制与应用

【摘要】 根据搅拌头破损的原因,选择普通电熔莫来石、高铝熟料为主要原料,A l-80水泥、-αA l2O3微粉、SiO2微粉为复合结合剂,耐热钢纤维为增强材料,确定骨料由8~5、5~3、3~1、≤1 mm四个级配组成。根据与现场使用的浇注料进行1 200℃水冷热震对比试验的结果进行配方优选,对优选后的浇注料进行相关理化性能检测和1 450℃3 h烧后试样的岩相分析,并进行了工业试验。结果表明:研制的搅拌头用浇注料的抗热震性优良,适合在热震苛刻的条件下使用;搅拌头平均使用寿命>730次,每年搅拌头消耗量下降40%,每年减少搅拌头更换与维护非作业时间约550 h,提高产能6%。

【Abstract】 Based on the damage reasons of KR stirrer,common fused mullite and high alumina chamotte were selected as main starting materials,Al-80 cement,α-Al2O3 micron and SiO2 micron as complex binder and steel fibre as reinforced material to develop the required castables.The aggregate sizes with four gradings of 8~5 mm,5~3 mm,3~1 mm and <1 mm were determined.The formula for developed castables was optimized according to the thermal shock comparison result of 1 200 ℃ water cooling with the castables on-the-spot.The chemical and physical properties together with the petrographical analysis were determined on the optimum castables.Based on the results,the thermal shock resistance of the prepared castables used in the KR stirrer is excellent and the castables is appropriate for thermal shock mal-condition using.The average life of stirrer is longer than 730 times in the application.The consumption of the stirrer decreases 40% annually.The unproductive time for stirrer replacement and services reduces approximate 550 h every year and the productive capacity increases 6%.
