铁水预处理喷枪用耐火浇注料的研制与应用

【摘要】 选择焦宝石、普通电熔莫来石、红柱石为主要原料,Al-80水泥和α-Al2O3微粉、SiO2微粉为复合结合剂,耐热钢纤维为增强材料,≤0.088mm的锂辉石为烧结矿化剂,骨料由20~8mm、8~5mm、5~3mm、3~1mm、≤1mm五个级配组成。按照浇注料的设计配方进行了浇注料的配制,加水搅拌后制成40mm×40mm×160mm的试样,并进行110℃24h、1100℃3h和1450℃3h热处理,然后对浇注料的主要化学组成和3个温度热处理后试样的体积密度与耐压强度进行了检测,同时对1100℃3h和1450℃3h热处理试样进行岩相结构分析。结果表明:研制的浇注料结合强度适中,微观结构合理,达到了改善浇注料使用温度条件下烧结状况与抗热震性的预期效果。实际生产中的推广应用表明,喷枪的使用寿命延长1~4倍。

【Abstract】 The castables were formulated according to the design formula with Jiao Bao Shi,common fused mullite,andalusite as main starting materials,Al-80 cement,α-Al2O3 micropowder and SiO2 fume as composite binder,heat-resistant steel fiber as reinforcing material,≤0.088 mm lithium pyroxene as sintering mineralizer.The aggregate sizes are 20~8 mm,8~5 mm,5~3 mm,3~1 mm and <1 mm.The specimens with the size of 40 mm×40 mm×160 mm were prepared by adding water into the formulated castables,mixing,heat treating at 110 ℃ for 24 h,1 100 ℃ for 3 h and 1 450 ℃ for 3 h respectively.The main chemical composition of castables,bulk density and crushing strength of the fired specimens were determined.The microstructure of the specimens fired at 1 100 ℃ for 3 h and 1 450 ℃ for 3 h was analyzed.The results show that the castables have appropriate bonding strength,reasonable microstructure,and obtain the expectant purpose for improving sintering at lance working temperature and thermal shock resistance.The service life of lance is prolonged 1~4 times in practical application.
