【摘要】 目的:观察通心络对老年2型糖尿病患者血脂调节作用。方法:对符合诊断的130例高脂血症的2型糖尿病患者随机分两组,治疗组80例,服用通心络胶囊2粒,每日3次口服。阿托伐他汀10mg,每日1次睡前口服。对照组50例,单给予阿托伐他汀10?每日1次睡前口服。分别于治疗1个月后观察血脂的变化。结果:两组均有改善,治疗组显效48例,有效28例,总有效率95%。与对照组相比有统计学意义?P<0.01?。治疗组在胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白及载脂蛋白B降低以及高密度脂蛋白及载脂蛋白A1升高等方面的变化与对照组有显著差异?P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊具有显著的降低胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B和升高高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1的作用,改善2型糖尿病患者的脂代谢紊乱且无毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the regulation effect of Tongxinluo capsule on blood fat in the elderly of type 2 diabetes.Methods:130 subjects with hyperlipemia of type 2 diabetes who were fit the diagnosis were randomly divided into two groups:study group(n=80)and control group(n=50).Study group was given Tongxinluo capsule(2 pills,tid po),lipitor(10㎎QN po),while control group was given lipitor(10㎎QN po).The changes of blood fat lipid were respectively investigated after a month’s.Result:both boold fat changed significantly,marked improvements were founding in 48 cases and improvements in 28 cases in the study group,the effective rate being 95%,showing significant differences(P<0.01)from control group.In the lowering of total cholesterin(TC),toalglyceride(TG),Low-density lipoprotein(LDL),ApoB,and in the increasing of high-density lipoprotein(HDL),ApoA1,there were also difference between the two groups with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongxinluo capsule can not only significantly reduce the levels of TC,TG,LDL and ApoB but also increase the level of HDL,ApoA1,Tongxinluo capsule could improve lipid metabolism disorder of type 2 diabetes and without marked side-effects.更多还原
