电位型有机磷农药传感器的制备及对硫磷的测试
The preparation of potentiometic organophosphorus pesticides biosensor and determination of parathion
【摘要】 基于有机磷农药对碱性磷酸酶活性的抑制作用,制备了1种电位型有机磷农药传感器,并对溶液中对硫磷的含量进行了测试.结果表明,在8.58×10-6~2.24×10-3mol/L的浓度范围内,其电位响应值与对硫磷浓度呈良好线性关系,回归方程为y=-26.418x+58.225,R2=0.996,检测下限为4.29×10-6mol/L.该传感器具有制备简单,成本低廉,检测迅速,一致性较好,寿命较长等优点,具有一定的应用前景.
【Abstract】 A potentiometic organphosphorus pesticide enzyme biosensor has been developed based on the inhibition of ALP by organophosphorus pesticides,and the parathion content in solution is determined.The potential value is proportional to the parathion concentration in the range of 8.58×10-6~2.24×10-3 mol/L with a linear regression equation y=-26.418x+58.225,R2=0.996,and the detection limit 4.29×10-6 mol/L.In addition,the biosensor has advantages of easy preparation,fast detection,good consistency and long lifetime.
