H2O2信号在植物理化胁迫反应中的作用

【摘要】 过氧化氢(H2O2)是细胞有氧代谢的产物,在各种胁迫下产生量增加,不仅具有损伤生物大分子从而w伤害细胞的效应,还是一种重要的信号分子,通过诱导细胞内一系列防御基因表达和提高保护酶活性来清除活性氧,防止其在逆境条件下的过多积累从而保护植物免受伤害。H2O2参与多条信号转导通路的调控,在信号传导途径的上游,通过抑制蛋白磷酸酶活性、激活蛋白激酶活性、刺激Ca2+浓度增加、调节细胞的氧还状态等方式起到启动或增强信号的作用;在信号传导途径的下游,可以直接调节氧还敏感转录因子的氧还态,从而影响其活性。

【Abstract】 Hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) is a product of aerobic metabolism,whose production will increase under many types of stresses and results in the injury of biological macromolecules and cells.H2O2 is also an important signal molecule.It can induce the expression of a series of defense genes which code antioxidases,and enhance the activity of the reactive oxygen species(ROS) scavenging.Therefore,cells can prevent overly accumulation of ROS and avoid their injury.H2O2 involves in regulation of several signal transduction pathways.In the upstream of signal transduction,it can elicit or amplify the signal by inhibiting protein phosphatase activity,activating protein kinase,stimulating an increase in Ca2+ concentration and regulating cell redox state;In the downstream of signal transduction,H2O2 can directly regulate the redox state of transcription factors which are sensitive to redox state and affect their activity.
