内侧副韧带损伤的高频超声与MRI诊断比较
Comparison of High-frequency Ultrasound with MRI in Diagnosis of Medial Collatral Ligament Injury
【摘要】 目的:比较高频超声与MRI在膝关节内侧副韧带(MCL)损伤诊断中的诊断价值。方法:对经手术证实的50例内侧副韧带损伤进行回顾性高频超声与MRI的对比研究。结果:50例MCL损伤中,I级损伤10例,Ⅱ级损伤30例,Ⅲ级损伤10例,以手术结果为标准,高频超声诊断Ⅱ、Ⅲ级损伤符合率为93%、100%,MRI诊断Ⅱ、Ⅲ级损伤符合率为97%、100%。结论:高频超声和MRI一样能准确诊断内侧副韧带损伤并进行分级,为临床提供了一种简单易行廉价的诊断手段。
【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the value of High-frequency Ultrasound with MRI in diagnosis of the medial collateral ligament (MCL) injury of the knee joint. Methods: The High-frequency Ultrasound and MRI findings of 50 surgically confirmed injured medial collateral ligaments were retrospectively reviewed and compared. Results: In 50 cases of MCL injury,there were 10 cases of gradeⅠinjury,30 gradeⅡand 10 grade Ⅲ. Taking the results of operation as standard,the accuracy of diagnosis of grade Ⅱand Ⅲ injury of the MCL:High-frequency Ultrasound was 93% and 100% respectively,MRI was 97% and 100% respectively. Conclusion: High-frequency Ultrasound,as well as MRI,can accurately diagnose and classify the medial collateral ligament injury. High-frequency Ultrasound provide a clinical diagnosis of simple low-cost means.
