【摘要】 目的:探讨自体血回输技术在异位妊娠手术中的临床意义。方法:对25例异位妊娠大出血手术的患者在术中采用回收式自体血回输技术,观察机体状态和不良反应,监测血常规和凝血功能指标,并对这些指标进行统计学分析。结果:术中未出现不良发应,除2例输注异体血外,其余23例均未输注异体血,且血常规和凝血功能指标恢复满意。结论:术中采用回收式自体血回输在异位妊娠手术中的应用是安全有效的,具有较强的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical significance of autologous blood transfusion in the operation of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:We applied the autotransfusion for 25 patients with ectopic pregnancy with serious bleeding during the operation.The statue of patients and the untoward effect was observed,and the indexes of routine of blood and coagulation were detected,and that we analyzed all indexes with statistics.Results:In our study,there are not untoward effects,and 23 patients needn’t transfuse the blood of genetically different individuals,but 2 patients need.All indexes detected during our research recovered well.Conclusion:It is very safe and significative to apply the cycle autologous blood transfusion in the operation of ectopic pregnancy.更多还原
