【摘要】 目的:探讨在急诊室创伤患者的急救模式,以提高严重创伤患者的生存率。方法:对我院2006年7月～2007年6月间经急诊室收治入院的1020例创伤患者的损伤部位、抢救措施、急诊室救治时间等情况进行回顾性分析。结果:创伤患者在急诊室救治时间73±41min,其中30min内118例、31～60min 343例,两部分合计461例(45.20%);61～90min 273例(26.76%)、91～120min146例(14.31%)、121～150min内81例(7.94%)、151～180min内36例(3.53%)、3h以上23例(2.25%)。创伤患者入手术室497例,急诊室救治时间56±25min;严重创伤患者的时间82±47min,严重创伤抢救成功率92.2%。结论:"绿色通道"模式是严重创伤患者院内救治的有效模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objetive:To investigate the patterns of trauma care in hospital first aid,to effectively improve survival rate of severe trauma. Methods: The trauma position, the first aid measure and the time spent in emergence room of 1020 traumatic cases from Jul,2006 to Jun,2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Reslults: The time spent in emergence room of trauma patients was 73±41 min,there were 118 in 30 min, 343 in 31～60 min,add the two parts were 461 (45.20%); there were 273 in 61～90 min (26.76%),146 in 91～120min(14.31%),81 in 121～150 min(7.94%), 36 in 151～180 min(3.53%)、23 more than 3 hours(2.25%); there were 497 of trauma patients sent to operation room and the time spent in emergence room was 56±25 min,the severe trauma patients was 82±47 min,the survival rate of severe trauma was 92.2%. Conclusions: The pattern of emergence medical services is the useful patterns of the severe trauma patients in hospital first aid.更多还原
