表面活性剂在半导体新材料中的应用
Application of Surfactants in the Semiconductor New Material
【摘要】 表面活性剂具有显著的降低表面张力、吸附、乳化、分散、润湿、渗透、净洗等性质,广泛地应用在半导体工业中,并在半导体新材料的制作中得到更专门的应用;如无机纳米微粒/高分子复合薄膜的制备,生物学研究中的利器—量子点形成,纳米二氧化钛光催化剂的制备等等。
【Abstract】 The surface active agent has many natures such as reducing surface tension,adsorption,emulsification,disperser,and so on,It was widely applied in the semiconductor industry,And obtained a more special application in the semiconductor new material manufacture,such as inorganic nanometer particle/High polymer compound thin film preparation,In biology research sharp weapon-quantum formation,Nanometer titanium dioxide photocatalyst preparation and so on.
