顶空气相色谱法测定辣椒红色素中二氯甲烷的残留量

【摘要】 采用HP-1熔融硅毛细管色谱柱和Ni63电子捕获检测器(ECD),建立了顶空进样气相色谱法测定辣椒红色素中二氯甲烷残留量的分析方法,对气相色谱的测定条件进行了优化。本方法的线性范围为0.020~1.0μg/mL,最低检测限为0.01μg/mL,样品的添加回收率为105.00%~114.75%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.9%~3.8%。应用于实际样品的分析,结果满意。

【Abstract】 Based on the its volatility,a new method for the determination of the residue of dichloromethane in paprika red has been established by headspace sampling gas chromatography(GC) by using HP-1 capillary chromatography column and Ni63 electron capture detector(ECD).The optimal analytical parameters of GC were investigated.The linear range of this method is 0.020~1.0 μg/mL.The minimum detection limit is 0.01 μg/mL.The average recoveries are 105.00%~114.75%,RSD is 0.9%~3.8%.The method has been used to the determination of dichloromethane in different kinds of paprika red,food additives and other edible coloring matters with satisfactory results.
