【摘要】 目的观察阿托伐他汀钙治疗不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法126例UAP合并高脂血症患者随机分为:治疗组66例,对照组60例,对照组给予硝酸酯类加阿司匹林常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,加阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察两组治疗2个月后患者的心电图及总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)改善情况。结果治疗组心电图改变优于对照组(P<0.05),TC、TG及LDL-C改善情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀钙对UAP合并高脂血症的疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Observation the effect of Atorvastatin Calcium on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with Hyperlipemia. Methods 126 patients with unstable angina pectoris with Hyperlipemia were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control groups(n=60)were treated by roution therapy(nitrate and Asp).Patients in treatment groups(n=66)were treated by combination of routine therapy and Atorvastatin Calcium.Changes of ECG,CHO,TG and LDL-C were observed in both groups. Results Improvements of symptoms and electrocardiogram in treatment group were superior to those in con- trol group(P<0.05). Improvements of CHO,TG and LDL-C in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P< 0.01). Conclusion Atorvastatin Calcium has a good effect on treating unstable angina pectoris with Hyperlipemia.更多还原
