【Abstract】 News program is one of symbols reflected the levels of TV stations,and is a key to each TV station.It is the most important key in the program making to ensure the qual- ity of news program.The technological quality can reflect the comprehensive capabili- ties including the technological management levels of program making department, the capability of mechanical,running states and the specialist level of making stuff.In this passage,it would be discussed to how to use camera correctly,make voice cor- rectly,use video recorder and tape disk correctly,distribute lighting suitable,and improve the levels of management and the stuff quality,in order to make a good quality program.更多还原
