新型含硅离子交换树脂珠体的合成
STUDIES ON THE SUSPENTION POLYMERIZATION OF POLY-ORGANIC SILICONE RESIN BEADS
【摘要】 合成了一种可用作离子交换树脂骨架的含氯丙基的有机聚硅氧烷珠体,该珠体以氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷为原料,在80℃水解、预聚、悬浮聚合而成。考察了水解时间、老化温度、预聚物与水质量比、搅拌速度和分散剂种类对成球率、珠体强度和粒径分布的影响。结果表明,氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷与水在80℃下水解10h,成球率达到88%;100℃老化10h,破碎强度高达12.42N/粒(20mesh);转速为312r/min时,能形成0.4mm~1.2mm的粒径范围;明胶作为分散剂易制得表面光洁、粒径均匀的珠体。
【Abstract】 A kind of new type ion exchange resin skeleton was synthesized,which was organic polysiloxane beads and contain chloropropyl groups. The beads were made from a prepolymer,which hydrolyzed in 80℃ with chloropropyltriethyloxysilanes,by suspension polymerization. The effecting of rate of balling,beads’ intensity and particle size distribution by hydrolyzed time,aging temperature,quality ratio of prepolymer and water,mixing speed and species of disperser have been initially discussed. The results indicated that the rate of balling reached 88% when the reactant hydrolyzed 10 hours in 80℃ ; the breaking stength has achieved 12.42N (20 mesh ) when aging 10 hours in 100℃ and can formed the scope of particle size form 0.4mm to 1.2mm when mixing speed as 312r/min; gelatin as disperser was prone to shape homogeneous beads.
