【摘要】 树状高分子聚酰胺-胺(Dendrimer PAMAM)是一种具有大量活泼氨基末端的对称大分子。通过官能团转化,可将其变为具有不同端基的新性能的树状高分子。本文研究了不同代数的Dendrimer PAMAM作为血液净化吸附剂的"手臂"对配基牛磺酸的连接和对LDL吸附性能的影响。初步研究树状高分子的手臂效应,证明使用枝化手臂是一种能提高吸附剂吸附性能的有效方法。

【Abstract】 Dendritic polymers are three-dimensional, highly ordered oligomeric and polymeric compounds formed by reiterative reaction sequences. The syntheses proceed via discrete stages referred to as generations. To study the spacer effect of LDL adsorbent, we linked dendrimer PAMAM generation 1 (G1), generation 3 (G3), generation 5 (G5) to cellulose beads respectively, and then determined the adsorption proportion of the adsorbents with taurine decorated PAMAM. The result showed that the spacer with multi-activated points could improve the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent. Moreover, the molecular weight and size of G3 were the most suitable for the adsorption of LDL.
