【摘要】 本文按照亨廷顿民主化进程三浪潮的划分,考察拉丁美洲民主化进程的历史,证明三次民主化浪潮的历史是一个从内源民主化到外源民主化的扭曲的变化过程;证明发展中国家的民主化进程和发达国家的民主化进程是不同的,并不存在一种普世性的民主制度。因而文章得出结论:后进现代化国家应该坚持从自己的国情出发,走自己的民主化之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of Huntington’s division into three"waves"of democratization, this article examines the history of democratization process in Lation America, and testifies that the history of three "waves" of democratization is a distorted process from endogenous transition to exogenous transition, and the democratization process of developing countries is different from that of developed countries, and there is no universally applicable democratic system in the world. Therefore the article concludes that the less advanced countries in modernization ought to break the way on the basis of their own choice according to their own conditions.更多还原
