【Abstract】 The Qing dynasty which had just taken the place of the Ming dynasty,by the way of saving and sending the Japanese who had been shipwrecked on the Da-Da, to show that Japan should agree and join the new Chinese-barbarian system whose center was the Qing itself. But the Tokogawa Bakufu wanted to fight against the Qing. Although the Qing still wanted to make official connections with the Japan, Japanese suspicion of the barbarian Qing and Qing’s unmotivated diplomatic policy made the relations between China and Japan become cold.
