【摘要】 目的观察无人区电轴在人群中的发生率。方法2256例健康体检者和4496例住院人群的心电图资料,用目测法测定额面心电轴。结果健康体检组和住院人群组无人区电轴发生率分别为1.06%和1.04%。健康组中男、女性的无人区电轴发生率分别为1.35%和0.32%。住院组中男、女性的无人区电轴发生率分别为1.61%和0.45%。无人区电轴的发生存在性别差异,无论是健康组还是住院组,男女构成均是以男性为主。结论无人区电轴在人群中发生率较低,男性略多于女性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the prevalence of no man’s land in ECG of patients in outpatient department and inpatient department.Methods Analysis 2256 ECGs of people for health examination and 4496 ECGs of in-patients.Results The prevalence of no man’s land in health group and in-patient group respectively is 1.06%and 1.04%.Gender differences is exist in the two groups.Conclusion Further studies on the clinical significance of no man’s land is required.更多还原
