【摘要】 当前我国正处于社会转型时期,公安机关的执法环境仍然十分严峻,公安民警在正当执法中权益受侵害的现象屡有发生。维护人民警察正当执法权益,关系到警察职业的权威性和神圣性,也关系到警察的权益能否得到保障、能否最大化地调动广大公安民警的工作积极性的重要问题。相关部门应该通过严格立法、完善法律条文,采取切实可行的措施来保障警察的执法权益,建立有效机制,让公安民警有苦有处诉,有气有处吐,消除忧虑情绪,挺直腰杆执法。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is undergoing social transition period,the law enforcement environment of public security agencies is still very serious,the phenomenon of police interests’infringement occur frequently in the enforcement of legitimate.To safeguard police legitimate rights and interests of law enforcement relates to the occupation authority and sanctity,the guarantee of rights and interests of the police,to mobilizing the police work enthusiasm.Related departments should take practical measures to protect the rights and interests of police enforcement,establish an effective mechanism for the civilian police to dispel the worries of emotions and enforce law righteously throught strict leg- islation and law perfection.更多还原
