【摘要】 近年来,我国法医学鉴定制度问题日益突出,存在着鉴定机构重叠设置、鉴定权混乱、鉴定规则各不相同、自审自鉴等问题。文章通过对我国现行法医学鉴定体制的分析及与国外法医学鉴定体制的比较,提出对我国法医学鉴定体制进行全面、客观、系统的改革,从而建立一种适合我国国情的新型法医学鉴定体制的构想。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the medicolegal expertise system questions in our country are day by day prominent,such as the organization established repeatedly,the appraisal power chaotic,appraisal rule various,examines and determines all by itself.Through the analysis of our country’s present system of medicolegal expertise and the comparison with other countries,this article advances comprehensive,objective and systematical reforms,thus establishes one system to suit our country national condition.更多还原
