【摘要】 目的探讨年龄及并存疾病对维持性血液透析患者生存率影响。方法回顾性分析本院1998年1月至2005年1月维持性血液透析治疗>3个月的106例患者资料,根据年龄与透析前有无并存疾病,将患者分为3组:低危组54例、中危组36例、高危组16例,采用χ2检验比较各组之间2年存活率。结果所有病例2年存活率为66.6%,各分组之间2年存活率有明显差异(P<0.01):低危组88.9%,中危组47.2%,高危组31.2%。结论年龄及并存疾病对维持性血液透析患者生存率有着重要影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of age and coexisting disease on survival rate of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 106 cases who underwent maintenance hemodialysis over three months were retrospective analysis between January 1,1998 and January 1,2005.According to age and coexisting disease,patients were classified into three teams:lower dangerous team(54 case)s,moderate dangerous team (36 cases) and higher dangerous team(16 cases).the survival rate with χ2.testing was compared.Results The survival rate of all cases was 66.6%,There was significant difference in two-year time survival rate among the three teams(P<0.01):lower dangerous team was 88.9%,moderate dangerous team was 47.2%,higher dangerous team was 31.2%.Conclusions The age and coexisting disease are important influential facotors on the survival rate of maintenance hemodialysis patients.更多还原
