铍青铜棒材中裂纹产生的原因分析

【摘要】 铍青铜棒在交货复验中发现有裂纹。采用化学成分分析、金相检验和断口宏、微观检验等方法对其进行了分析,并采用验证试样与其进行了对比分析。结果表明:裂纹是热处理不当造成晶粒长大所致。

【Abstract】 The crack in beryllium-bronze bar was found by re-testing for consignment.It was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis,metallographical examination and SEM analysis.The results showed that the reasons of crack was of grain growth caused by improper heat treatment.
