【Abstract】 To prolong the life cycle of the industrial clusters is an essential measure to ensure the healthy and harmonious development of the regional economy.From the perspective of overall competitiveness,the life cycle of the industrial clusters could be divided into four phases,i.e.gestation,growth,maturity and decline,each possessing its own conspicuous operation characteristics.There are three inflection points in the life cycle curve of the industrial clusters,among them two points are important.One is the consolidation point between the growth phase and the maturity phase whereas the other,namely the control point,occurs between the maturity phase and the decline phase.The key to the life extension of the industrial clusters by breaking through the inflection points is to enhance the technological independent innovation.更多还原
