【Abstract】 The review system of supreme organ of state power was the constitutional review implemented in Soviet era.As believing the construction of power philosophy that representative organ supremacy,USSR gave the review rights of constitution only to supreme organ of state power.But its operation situation was not up to expectations,just became formality.The major reason was that the power of supreme organ of state power fell into the hands of others and constitutional authority was ignored.更多还原
