【摘要】 《普通高等学校学生管理规定》是新时期加强高校学生管理法制化的重要举措,各高校均应以此为指导,健全高校学生管理制度。实行高校学生管理法制化是发展教育和依法治校的必然要求,是构建和谐社会的重要基础。所以,要从高校学生管理的法律关系入手,探究高校学生管理中易争议的八类纠纷的可诉性,提出厘定旧章、完善新规的工作方向,推动我国高校学生管理工作在现代管理制度建设和管理水平上跨上新台阶。更多还原
