Er3+掺杂纳米SiO2材料的制备及其发光性
Preparation and Luminescent Properties of Er3+ Doped Nanometer SiO2
【摘要】 采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了SiO2为基质的Er3+掺杂的发光材料,样品经450℃煅烧,X-射线衍射(XRD)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试结果表明该材料具有非晶态结构,颗粒尺寸为60~70nm。对样品进行荧光光谱分析表明该材料可以发射出较强的360nm的紫外光和弱的690nm的红光。
【Abstract】 In this paper with rare earth ion Er3+doped nano-SiO2 luminescent materials were prepared by sol-gel technology.After had been calcined at 450℃ for 4 hours,the structure of the samples was found to be amorphous with powder size between 60 and 70 nm determined by X-ray diffraction and SEM.There were two luminescence bands at 360nm and at 690nm in the photoluminescence spectrum.And the light of 360nm were much stronger than the one of 690nm.
