AlON陶瓷材料的研究进展
Reseach Progress in AlON Ceramics
【摘要】 AlON(阿隆)陶瓷材料具有优良的光学性能、介电性能、化学稳定性和热学性能,在航空航天、电子信息、化工、冶金、耐火材料等技术领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文综述了AlON陶瓷材料的结构﹑性质﹑合成及应用,并对AlON陶瓷材料形成的热力学过程、烧结机理、制备工艺等方面作了进一步的探讨。
【Abstract】 Aluminum oxynitride(AlON) has excellent thermal electrica1 and mechanica1 properties and has wide potential application in the industries of aeronautics-astronautics﹑electrics information﹑chemical industry﹑metallurgy and refractory material,so it attracts more and more attention.In this paper,crystal structure,property,synthesizing process and application of aluminum oxynitride(AlON) ceramics are reviewed.Furthermore,it is discussed that further research in thermodynamics process of AlON’s formation﹑sintering mechanism﹑preparation technology and etc of AlON ceramics.
