【Abstract】 Aluminum oxynitride(AlON) has excellent thermal electrica1 and mechanica1 properties and has wide potential application in the industries of aeronautics-astronautics﹑electrics information﹑chemical industry﹑metallurgy and refractory material,so it attracts more and more attention.In this paper,crystal structure,property,synthesizing process and application of aluminum oxynitride(AlON) ceramics are reviewed.Furthermore,it is discussed that further research in thermodynamics process of AlON’s formation﹑sintering mechanism﹑preparation technology and etc of AlON ceramics.更多还原
