在Poiseuile流场下的FMP效应的动力学
Dynamics research of FMP effect in a Poiseuile flow field
【摘要】 以通过FMP(flow-modified permittivity)效应修正的静电极化模型为基础,采用分子动力学方法,模拟了电流变液在poiseuile流动场下的情况.进而分析了在流场下FMP效应对电流变效应的影响.仿真结果表明:在压力梯度作用下,相对于无压力梯度作用时,电流变液体终态结构有所改变(不规整),并且电流变液体结构演变时间也受到了影响;通过分析不同弛豫时间下,剪切应力与压力梯度的关系曲线,发现电流变效应的强度与粒子极化的弛豫时间关系密切,对于同种电流变液材料,应该有一最佳介电松弛频率.
【Abstract】 Based on an electrostatic polarization model modified by FMP effect a molecular dynamics is applied to simulate ER (electrorheological) fluids in a Poiselile flow field,and the influence of ER effect caused by FMP effect is analyzed in the flow field,the simulation results show that under an pressure gradient, the final state structure of electrorheological fluids is out of order when compared with the condition of no pressure gradient,and the structure evolving time of ER fluids is affected.By analyzing the relationship curves of the shear stress and the pressure gradient in different relaxation time,it is found that the intensity of ER effect is closely related with the particle-polarization relaxation time.For the same kind of ER fluids material,an optimal dielectric relaxation frequency should exist.
