有色环境噪音下空间种群的一致性与灭绝
Synchrony of spatial populations and extinction induced by colored environmental noise
【摘要】 用耦合映像格子的方法建立了一个具有空间结构的种群模型.研究发现环境噪音的营养级相关也是一个引起空间种群一致性的重要原因.考虑了噪音的时间结构(也就是颜色)对一致性的影响,分别在稳定、周期和混沌的种群动态系统下考虑了空间种群一致性.计算机模拟结果确认了颜色确实也是原因之一.在每个参数区域上大量模拟发现:稳定和周期的动态系统可以出现一致性,但是混沌种群动态系统很难出现一致性.这丰富了对空间种群一致性原因的认识.
【Abstract】 A spatially structured population model was developed by us,which was described by coupled-map lattices.Our recent investigation showed that trophic correlation of environmental noise is another important factor affecting spatial synchrony.The influence of the temporal structure (the color)of environmental noise on spatial synchrony was considered.Patterns of spatial synchrony were considered respectively for stable, periodic and chaotic population dynamics.That numerical simulations verified the temporal structure of environmental noise was another mechanism causing spatial synchrony.A large number of simulations in each region showed that stable and periodic populations could be synchronized,while chaotic populations are hard to synchronize.The research can enrich the theory on potential causes of spatial synchrony.
