丙酸杆菌代谢物对恶臭假单胞菌抑制活性
Antimicrobial activity of metabolites of Propionibacterium freudenreichii against Pseudomonas.putida
【摘要】 以化学防腐剂山梨酸钾作对照,对天然防腐剂丙酸杆菌代谢物的对恶臭假单胞菌的抑菌特性进行了研究.对比了SLB、脱脂奶粉和葡萄糖碳源培养基3种不同成分的培养基培养得到丙酸杆菌代谢物的抑菌活性,4~8 d的葡萄糖培养基的代谢物抑菌效果很好,第8天达到最大值25.2 AU/mL.从抑菌效果和生产成本考虑,葡萄糖培养基均优于其他两种培养基.研究结果表明:pH值越低丙酸杆菌代谢物抑菌活性越高.在pH 5.5时,丙酸杆菌代谢物的抑菌活性最高,为26.9 AU/mL.
【Abstract】 The antimicrobial activity of Propionibacterium freudenreichii metabolites against Pseudomonas putida was studied in this paper.The antimicrobial activity of metabolites were investigated when P. freudenreichii were fermented in SLB,skim milk medium and glucose medium,respectively.The metabolites showed obvious antimicrobial activity when P.freudenreichii was cultured in glucose medium from the 4th day to the 8th day,and the highest antimicrobial activity (25.2 AU/mL) was observed at the 8th day. Therefore the glucose medium was the optimal medium for the fermentation of P.freudenreichii metabolites. The decline of pH led to an increase of the metabolites’ antimicrobial activity,and the highest activity was 26.9 AU/mL when pH was 5.5.
