健康教育提高小昆山水产养殖人员养殖卫生知识认知程度的研究
A Study on Health Education Promoting the Workers’ Cognition of Sanitation Knowledge in Aquiculture
【摘要】 [目的]了解松江小昆山水产养殖人员养殖卫生知识知晓程度,探索行之有效的健康教育方式,提高水产养殖人员养殖卫生知识知晓率。[方法]采用整群随机抽样方法抽取小昆山地区100名水产养殖人员,通过各种形式进行健康教育,运用问卷调查评价健康教育干预效果。[结果]水产养殖人员文化程度偏低(小学及以下占44%,初中56%),干预前对卫生知识了解较少,通过健康教育干预,其养殖环境卫生知识、健康养殖知识、水产品安全知识等方面均有不同程度的提高,对"抗生素在水产养殖中所带来的副作用"这一问题的正答人数由5%提高到81%(χ~2=117.83,P<0.01);"水产品雌激素残留对健康的影响"正答人数由1%提高到86%(χ~2=146.98,P<0.01);"监控渔药残留量的注意事项"正答人数从1%提高到76%(χ~2=118.78,P<0.01)。[结论]健康教育干预措施对提高水产养殖人员卫生知识知晓程度和水产健康养殖具有十分重要的意义。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore an effective way of health education to promote aquiculture workers’ knowledge of sanitation in aquiculture.[Methods]One hundred aquicuhure workers at Xiaokunshan,located in Songjiang district,were randomly selected,and health education in various forms was offered to improve the workers’ cognition of aquiculture sanitation information.Questionnaires were used to assess the intervening effects of the health education.[Results]The workers,who had low educational background(primary school 44%,junior high school 56%)and less knowledge of aquiculture sanitation,improved their occupational health knowledge in different degrees after the health education,such as aquicuhure environment,sanitation, aquatic product safety,etc.The right answer proportion for"side effect of antibiotics in aquaculture"is increased from 5% to 81% (χ~2= 117.83,P<0.01),for"health effect of estrogen residue in fishery product"increased from 1% to 86% (χ~2=118.78,P<0.01),for"attention of monitoring fish drug residue level"increased from 1% to 76% (χ~2=118.78,P<0.01).[Conclusion] Health education with intervening measures is of great importance in improving the healthy aquiculture,as well as the aquiculture workers’ cognition of aquiculture sanitation.
