【摘要】 [目的]研究职业紧张对交警血浆中多巴胺与IL-6的影响。[方法]对122名交警运用简明职业紧张问卷进行职业紧张程度评定,测定其血浆中的多巴胺与IL-6浓度,多巴胺采用高效液相色谱技术检测,IL-6采用夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测。[结果]不同职业紧张程度人群的多巴胺差异无统计学意义;而职业紧张程度低、中、高组间,IL-6水平分别为1.550±0.773、1.601±0.714、1.919±0.981 ng/mL,呈现递增趋势,但P=0.148,无统计学意义。工作回报低、中、高组间比较,IL-6分别为2.443±1.234、1.723±0.847、1.737±0.952ng/mL,P=0.011,差异有统计学意义。低回报组的IL-6水平明显高于中、高回报组,差异有统计学意义。[结论]职业紧张对血浆中多巴胺含量无明显影响,而职业紧张程度高、低工作回报会导致IL-6水平增高。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the effects of occupational stress on the level of dopamine and interleukin 6(IL-6)in plasma of traffic policemen.[Methods]Occupational stress,dopamine and IL-6 level in plasma were measured and analyzed in 122 traffic policemen.Occupational stress was assessed by the core job stress scale,dopamine was measured with high performance liquid chromatography,and IL-6 level was tested with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELSIA).[Rosults] There was no significant difference in dopamine among various occupational stress groups.IL-6 level in low,middle and high groups of occupational stress were 1.550±0.773,1.601±0.714 and 1.919±0.981 ng/mL respectively.There was an increasing trend of IL-6 but not significant statistically among various groups.There is a significant difference in IL-6 level among job reward groups,the IL-6 level were 2.443±1.234,1.723±0.847 and 1.737±0.952 ng/mL in low,medium,and high job reward groups respectively.Moreover,the IL-6 level in low reward group was higher than that of medium or high reward groups. [Conclusion]There is no obvious effect on plasma dopamine by occupational stress,and high occupational stress may be contributed to IL-6 level increase.更多还原
