悬浮液进样-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定怀地黄中的锌
Determination of Zinc in Rehmanniae Glutinosa by Suspension Sampling-flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 [目的]用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定怀地黄(rehmannia glutinosa)中的锌。[方法]以琼脂为悬浮剂,将粉碎、过筛的怀地黄样品均匀、稳定地悬浮干琼脂溶胶中,直接喷入空气-乙炔火焰中,采用标准加入法测定。[结果]用该法测定怀地黄样品中的锌,与湿法对照,准确度、精确度差异均无统计学意义。[结论]悬浮液进样-火焰原子吸收光谱法可便捷准确地测定怀地黄样品中的锌。
【Abstract】 [Objective] To determine the concentrations of zinc in rehmanniae glutinosa by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS).[Methods] Agar sol was used as a suspending agent.Crushed and sieved rehmanniae glutinosa sample was suspended homogeneously in the agar sol and introduced into air-acetylene flame,then zinc in the sample was determined directly.[Results] It has been ap,plied to the determination of zinc in rehmanniae glutinosa,and the determined results were consistent with those obtained by HNO3+H2SO4+HCIO4 method.[Conclusion] It is possible to determine the sample of rehmanniae glutinosa by suspension sample introuction method.This method is convenient,rapid and accurate.
