微波辅助法提取艾叶总黄酮的研究

【摘要】 对艾叶中黄酮的提取工艺进行了研究并测定了艾叶中总黄酮的含量,重点探讨微波处理与乙醇提取相结合的方法来提取艾叶中黄酮类化合物最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明:微波法的最佳工艺参数是:浸取剂乙醇的浓度60%、回流温度90℃、回流时间2h、料液比1:35,微波处理时间2m in。微波提取法的最适工艺参数测得艾叶中黄酮的含量2.402%。

【Abstract】 The content of total flavonoids in Argy wormwood leaves and its extracting were studied.By means of the methods of backwatering-extracting with microwave processing the optimum condition of flavonids in Argy wormwood leaves were determined.The result showed that the optimum conditions of microwave-extracting were obtained as follows 60%,ethanol as extraction solvent at 90℃ for 2h at the ration of material to solvent was 1:35 microwave time 2 minutes.The content of extracting with microwave processing the optimum condition to flavonids in Argy wormwood leaves is 2.402%.
