【Abstract】 Political corruption is the major cause of the problems in the canal transportation of Qing Dynasty,and the bureaucratic reform initiated by the Qing government proves feasible in the correction of corruption.The two preferences among the government officials,river transportation and sea transportation,seem to have great influence on the policy making of the government and thus cause a certain degree of obstacle in the implementation of the policies.更多还原
