【摘要】 自1985~2000年,北京市建立市级森林生态系统类型自然保护区7个,总面积75 862 hm2.它们在开展保护监测、科学研究、教育培训、生态旅游等方面做了大量工作.目前还存在着权属不统一、人员无编制、经费投入不足、科技力量薄弱、法规不完备等问题,据此提出了若干发展对策.更多还原

【Abstract】 There had been established 7 forest ecosystem nature reserves at city level in Beijing since 1985 to 2000,and total area were 75 862 hm2,which had already made big contributions in conservation monitoring,scientific research,educational training,ecotourism,and etc.And then several developmental countermeasures were proposed in the paper on the basis of problems identification,such as without unified property right and authorized staff,insufficient fund input,poor scientific strength,incomplete legislation and so on.更多还原
